AI that helps.
You stay in control.
Zuno’s AI tools help prepare descriptions, pictures, menus, campaign assets and answers. This page explains what goes into those tools and what to check before using the results. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms.

What information is used?
Depending on the tool, a request may include your prompt, selected catalogue names, descriptions and prices, relevant business-profile and contact details, uploaded or reference images, or the report facts or Help context needed for the question. These details help the result fit your business. A request does not need every record in your account.
Zuno does not give AI providers access to browse your business database. Selected request content is sent for the tool you choose. Zuno provides the workflow, access controls, catalogue integration and review tools. Specialist third-party providers process requests: OpenAI supplies Studio imagery and some other image or text tools; Anthropic supplies Help and writing or analysis tools; Google may supply images where configured. Availability and the provider used can change by tool and platform configuration.
Only submit information you are allowed to use. Do not enter payment-card details, passwords, identification documents, confidential customer records or sensitive personal information into creative prompts or reference images. If you use personal information, you must have a lawful basis and provide the required notices. AI features do not grant marketing consent.
AI providers process request data under the applicable service terms and data-protection arrangements. Storage, processing locations and retention can differ by provider and configuration. Processing may take place outside your country. Our Privacy Policy explains international transfers and how to ask about the arrangements applying to your use.
Check results before using them
Generated text and images can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or similar to another result. Review product names, descriptions, prices, currency, contact information, offers, dates, quantities and links. Check allergens, dietary or health statements against your own verified records; never infer them from an image. Generated food and product pictures are illustrative and may not represent the item you actually sell.
You remain responsible for what you choose to publish and for your products and services. AI answers and reports are assistance, not professional legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Output quality, uniqueness, copyright protection and freedom from third-party claims are not guaranteed. Check that your inputs and intended use respect intellectual property, privacy and advertising rules.
Do not use these tools for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive or rights-infringing content, impersonation, or attempts to bypass usage controls. Any disclosure or labelling duties that apply to your use still apply.
Saving is different from publishing
Studio keeps recent designs for review and reuse. Choosing a saved design for in-house use does not automatically put it online. Publishing a menu or applying a page header is a separate action and requires the relevant feature access. Recent history is limited; download designs you need to archive.
A generated menu is saved artwork, not a live editable catalogue. Changes to names, descriptions or prices need an updated design and a fresh review before republishing. Check links and selectable areas before enabling menu-style ordering. The standard list uses the catalogue.
Campaign download, caption copy, device sharing and email-draft export help you prepare a communication. They do not mean Zuno has posted to a social account, scheduled a campaign or sent bulk email. Review the destination and audience yourself. You are responsible for recipients’ consent or other lawful permission and for following marketing and platform rules.
Included tokens and fair use
Your plan may include AI tokens for eligible tools. You see your available balance in Zuno. Creating a new design or revision uses tokens; reopening a saved design does not generate another image.
Fair-use limits help keep AI available for every business. Daily and monthly limits may apply, and some requests may be unavailable until the next reset. Your platform owner manages access and included allowances. Tokens are an internal usage allowance and have no cash value.
If creation is interrupted, the result or allowance may need a review before you try again. No extra tokens are purchased or charged automatically through this workflow.
Your choices and questions
You can use manual catalogue, menu and page tools without asking AI to generate content, subject to your plan. Your platform owner controls AI allocations; a business user cannot raise their own allowance. Removing creation access does not promise deletion of saved designs, usage records or provider logs.
For privacy rights, retention or a problem with generated content, contact Zuno through Help & Support in the app. Include the relevant design or request reference, without sending unnecessary personal information. Our Privacy Policy describes your rights and complaint routes.
These explanations do not remove rights or obligations under applicable law. Business-specific content, marketing practices and data handling may need additional notices and review.
